The Research Council has established a cooperation programme designed to facilitate Sino-Norwegian Cooperation and joint bilateral and multilateral calls. The CHINOR-programme will be realised through thematic research programmes, and calls are issued directly from the thematic programmes, as well as from our Chinese counterparts in case of joint calls.
